It's been one of those nights where I am missing my baby boy.
I was about to get on here and whine about life not being fair but instead I have decided I want to share one of my favorite memories of Carter with you instead.
It was Aug. 27, 2010 and we were playing at my sisters house
Carter was just barely 2 months old but he loved to sit in the bumbo so that he could watch what everyone else was doing.
My sister began playing with him and I'm not sure I even remember what Shauns was doing with him but I do know she was trying to get a smile at the least.
So after watching I got out a camera and snapped 3 pictures in a row and to this day these are some of my favorite pictures to look at.

And then came a picture that has become what most remember about Carter his smile.

And I just wanted to add this picture in it was taken the same day and I love it.
Sometimes I just need to remember that while it is still painful and even though the shock is starting to wear off and reality is really hitting me hard.
We had A LOT of good times with my baby boy.
And he knew/knows how much he is loved.
